The apartment

You enter the house through the main front door into a small vestibule and then through your own front door straight ahead. On entering, to the left is the main double master bedroom.

It has a 4ft 6 ins double bed and plenty of fitted wardrobe space for ‘him’ and for ‘her’. Beautiful sea panorama.

Down, at the end of the hallway to your left is the family bedroom. Two full sized twin beds and double shortie bunks.

There are a good selection of children’s books and games.

At the end of the hall way is the family bathroom complete with bath and shower.

Also at the end of the hallway is a large walk-in utility cupboard. All the cleaning things are here. Hoover etc.

Next we come to the Kitchen, very well equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, freezer and fridge etc. etc. etc. …. It is fully equipped!!

The sitting room / dining room is very spacious. In the sideboard you will find the table linen and all the main cutlery and mats etc.

There is a large television with video player and DVD and also a CD player. There are a good selection of books, games, and videos etc.

The dining table is large but can be made larger still should you have a full quota staying!!

To the left of the dining area, which is at the garden end of the room, is the single bedroom with en suite shower.

From the dining area it leads through the double French doors into the small private garden. There is a garden table and chairs (more stored outside at the back, should you need them) and a small gas Bar-B-Q. In the Utility Cupboard you will find a whirligig dryer which fits into a socket in the lawn.
